Consumer Disclosure: One entry per person. Need not be present to win. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entry is open to all Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union members 18 years of age and over. Current employees of Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union are not eligible to win. All applicants that provide the correct information will be entered into the drawing. Each member who finances a new auto loan with Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union will be entered to win. Each qualifying Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union member will get one entry into a drawing to win one prize. To enter without qualifying with a funded loan, handprint name, email address, mailing address, telephone number and date of birth on a plain 3” x 5” sheet of paper and mail in a sealed envelope to: Horizon Marketing Team Quarter 3 Giveaway at Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union P.O. Box 687, Farmington, Utah, 84025. All entries will be accepted from 7/01/2025 to the close of business on 9/30/2025. Drawing is to be conducted the week of 10/01/2025 at Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union, 225 S 200 W, Farmington, Utah 84025. Prizes are guaranteed to be given away in a random drawing. Odds of winning are based on the actual number of entries received. The winner will be notified by electronic communication. The prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification. Winners must pick up their prize at a Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union branch. Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union is not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize and participation in this promotion. Horizon Utah Federal Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.
