- Premiere Members: To qualify for Premier member status, you will have a e-statements, a combined balance of $15,000 and two or more services from the list below. Premier members who borrow with HCU receive the Consumer Loan Interest Rebate. This benefit of .25 APR basis points will be returned to the member each month they qualify and will be deposited in their share account.Benefits to Premier Members are:
