The COVID 19 Pandemic has changed the way we live and with that the way we access our finances. As the situation has continued to evolve, our top priority is keeping our members, employees and communities safe. We are pleased to announce that effective May 4, 2020, Horizon Credit Union will be re-open our lobbies in accordance with the Health Department guidelines.

We encourage you to continue using our drive thru, ITM’s and online access, as this is still the safest, most convenient, and preferred method for teller transactions. Our drive thru interactive tellers are available at all branches from Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. You can access a member service representative from any lane and by tapping the screen.In trying to keep exposure to our employees and other members to a minimum, we ask when accessing the lobby, only the person conducting business enter. If at any time, the lobby exceeds recommended social distancing standards, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle.
Appointments for loan and membership transactions continue to be available. Members who come without an appointment for membership and/or loan services will be served once all scheduled appointments are completed. To schedule an appointment, please call the branch you wish to visit:

To ensure our branches are safe for both our members and employees, we will continue to sanitize all surfaces as required on a regular basis. Social distance guidelines will be posted at each entrance and we ask you join us in following them. Loans: Apply online, or call 801.451.5064 to begin the application process. Most loan documents can be finalized remotely with our electronic signature service.
