We are pleased to announce our 62nd Annual Meeting will be held at the Farmington Office of the Credit Union on April 23, 2018, at 4:30 p.m.
We welcome all members to attend and join us for a review of the year. At the meeting one board seat is eligible for election. There is one nominee for the vacant seat.
Michael Schwab:
Since 2000 (with the exception of a three year absence for Church service), I have had the privilege of serving on the Board of Directors. During that time, the Credit Union has faced many challenges including attacks by the banking industry, increasing competition from other credit unions, and achieving profitability in a difficult economic environment.
I am proud of how the Credit Union has confronted each of these issues. We need to continue to be proactive in defending and promoting the Credit Union’s interests. We need to stay competitive by continuing to embrace new technology and encouraging growth in both membership and assets. However, it is critical that all of this be done with a commitment to retain the personal service and values which have always made our Credit Union strong.
