REFINANCES

If you are a homeowner, we offer loan options that can help you achieve your goals, realize milestones, or simply consolidate debt to save money.

There are a lot of great reasons to refinance your home, including the fact that you may get better interest rates or lower monthly mortgage payments. You could get cash for home improvement projects, or reduce your loan term. Find out more about refinancing in our education center: Mortgage Refinancing.

HOME EQUITY & SECOND MORTGAGES

Home equity lines of credit (HELOC’s) lets you use the equity in your home in a number of ways. Once a line of credit is opened, draws are made on an as needed basis. The balance can be paid down and re-used multiple times over the life of the line of credit.

A Second Mortgage is a loan with a set amount and most often a fixed interest rate and payment. You can use a second mortgage for home improvements, education, travel and even debt consolidation. In addition, the interest may be tax deductible, consult your tax adviser for questions.
